dr. Shalu z such an amazing,lovely,warm person nd d best dietician, I hav met till now. I hav seen her diet magic in my family itself as so many following her nd not only lost weight bt also got rid of their medical problems.I also lost almost a 10kg in her 3 months guidance with such doable nd easy diets.She z always a call away nd always motivates to hav a healthy lifestyle nd never keeps u away frm ur favorite dishes.I m soooo happy nd thanks to god, I found her.

She is amazing .I read all the reviews before going and found some exaggeration so wanted to visit .Finally before 6 month I got my appointment schedule She is no doubt The Best .she is master of her subject,,deep knowledge ,superintelligent and very down to earth, polite,humble. when I met her I share all my problems with her she was like by the blessings of God we will cure everything .I reduced 28kg with pcod and high cholesterol but now everyreport is quiet good .My cousin was also taking diet from her after 3 IVF she was unable to conceive but after taking diet from Dr Shalu Ahuja she conceived naturally.For our family she is boon ,* ******** .Thanks so much for everything

I was suffering from IBS,bloating and severe acid reflux.My friend told about about Dr.Shalu Ahuja.She was taking her diet from last six months and reduced 22kg and her pcod nd thyroid so I also went to her .She is amazing ,she counselled for 1/2 an hour ,I am really impressed by her way of talking and she is really very positive .within 3-4 days I can feel the changes ...no acid ,no bloating ,I feel so energetic and lite.I was taking medicine from the last 6-7 years but now no medicine .It's approx 3 month I reduced not only 12kg weight but adopt a healthy lifestyle. I consulted Dr Shalu as I was overweight weighing 111kg. I have been on a diet plan shared by Dr Shalu since 6 weeks now and today I achieved a milestone that in 3 years for d first time my weight dropped below 100kg. Lost about 11.5kg. The best assets she has are Patience & Politeness that she gives u ample time while consultation. Moreover, she asks us what we want to eat wid a condition that we need to restrict on d portions that we eat.
